The Redwood City School District has several openings for full-time K-5 and 3-8 general and instrumental music positions open for the 2023-2024 school year.  This is a part of our expanding music department, and bringing music to all schools and students in RCSD.

To provide music instruction to all K-5 elementary or 3-8 instrumental students under the supervision of the school site principal.  To foster and support all students in the music program to create lifelong music learners.  Other responsibilities include organizing performances, selecting repertoire, tracking and caring for instruments, and any other duties as assigned.

Single Subject Music Teaching Credential

Salary – $57,477-$111,859 + Plus excellent benefits; $1,500 stipend per Masters, $1,000 stipend per Doctorate.

Work Year – 2023-2024 School Year/188 Days

Employment Type – Full Time
